Description:
1. The subject of the order is the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation along with obtaining the required permits, arrangements and decisions with a complete set of accompanying documentation, water and legal permits, including a construction permit for the task titled: "Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for tasks "Reconstruction of the water damming structure and desilting of the Szczurek retention reservoir on the Gać River" carried out as part of the project entitled "Forests for wetlands - protection of hydrogenic habitats in naturally valuable areas" (GMOK), including measurement of facilities and surveying works
with the development of maps for design purposes and author's supervision - detailed information is included in the OPZ and in the draft contract - Annex 2 to the SWZ.
