1. The subject of the order is a service called Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the task titled: "Reconstruction and expansion of municipal roads at ul. Gocinna and Pszenna in Wilkowice".2. The subject of the order includes the development of full industry documentation design and cost estimate for the implementation of the task: Reconstruction and expansion of municipal roads at ul. Gocinna and Pszenna in Wilkowice, obtaining a decision authorizing the implementation of a road investment/construction permit and any other arrangements required by law, decision, consent and consent.3. The implementation of the task was divided into 5 stages: stage I, development of a map for design purposes based on the renewed borders - up to 4 months from the date of signing the contract, stage II, development of the initial design concept - up to 5 months from the date of signing the contract, stage III development of complete design documentation up to 19 months from the date of signing the contract, stage IV development of complete tender documentation /STWIORBs, bills of quantities, investor cost estimates/ up to 20 months from the date of signing contract, stage V - obtaining a building permit / ZRID decision within 24 months from the date of signing the contract.4.
