Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the thermal modernization of the building at ul. and restaurant businesses. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDERThe scope of the documentation constituting the subject of the order includes: 1) work program conservation and restoration;2) architectural and construction design for thermal modernization of the building, including all elements of the executive design;3) construction inventory for design purposes;4) technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works;5) investor cost estimates and bills of quantities;6) information regarding safety and health protection if its development is required under separate regulations;7) agreeing the documentation with the Municipal Conservator of Monuments. The scope of design and cost estimate documentation, including the conservation program, conditions and principles of its implementation, as well as guidelines for design and cost estimation are specified in the contract template and Annex No. 2.
