- Part I Development of design and technical documentation for the task titled: Construction of a municipal road on the section of the Ebra Wosty Ebry Wiatraki, 1. The scope of the study includes the development of complete technical documentation for each part separately. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Item Description Orders for. No. 1 to the SWZ as well as in the draft provisions of the contract - a. No. 2 to SWZ.3. The documentation must be complete from a legal point of view and must be prepared in such a way as to fulfill the purpose for which it is intended. The contractor is obliged to check the design solutions to the extent required regulations and obtaining the required administrative decisions, conditions, expert opinions and arrangements necessary for the proper implementation of the studies. 4. The service also includes author's supervision during the implementation of the task covered by the above. project documentation, in particular clarifying doubts regarding the project and the solutions contained therein during the proceedings/proceedings for awarding a contract for the implementation of construction works.
