Description:
1. The subject of the Order is the conclusion of Framework Agreement 2 for the preparation of design documentation for the Airport Support Facilities (SIE). The subject of the Order includes: 1) the performance by the Contractor of Design Works for the facilities indicated in OPZ-UR2: a) preparation of the Contractor's Documentation, including the Documentproject mentacji and b) obtaining on behalf of the Employer the necessary Design Consents, including Administrative Decisions and Decisions of Public Utilities, 2) performance by the Contractor of Author's Supervision (Stage 7), development of a Coordinated Project (Stage 4), Development of Projectshere detailed (Stage 5), preparation of the Tender Documentation (Stage 6) - under the Option Law and 3) the provision of other Services by the Contractor, including advisory services, described in App. 1 to SWZ-UR2.
2. On the basis of Framework Agreement 2 concluded after conducting the Procedure, the Awarding Entity may concludeExecutive Agreements with Contractors.
3. The detailed scope of the subject of the Order is included in OPZ-UR2.
