Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is an investment task which includes: Development of design documentation and implementation of renovation works for the investment task called Renovation and thermal modernization of the building of the School Complex No. 3 in Skierniewice. The order includes the developedi.e. complete design documentation (in accordance with the PFU guidelines), and then implementation of the project according to the developed project, i.e. renovation and thermal modernization of the building of the School Complex No. 3 in Skierniewice located at ul. Dziakowa 10. In the scope of design work regarding the planned taskIt is necessary to prepare complete design documentation along with the necessary consents (permits) for construction. NOTE: Before completing the design work, it is necessary to present the Investor with visualizations of technical solutions, conceptual designs of individual works, including part of the drawings specifying thechancy of objects regarding design solutions. After their acceptance by the Investor, further renovation and construction works can be started, which will include: - drying the external walls of the ground floor and protecting them against re-moisture; - replacing the gutter and downpipes; -...
