Description:
The subject of the order is the development of design documentation for the construction of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Piła (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) along with obtaining a building permit. The location of the planned PSZOK is on the part of the plot (3500 m) marked geodetic number 15/204 (Bi) at ul. Krzywa, described in the land and mortgage register no. PO1I/00004771/0, kept by the District Court in Piła, 6th Land and Mortgage Register Department. Attached is a map with the part of the plot marked in green where PSZOK is to be built. The plot marked registration number 15/204 (obrb 21) located in Piła, covered by the local spatial development plan of the city of Piy in the area of Dugosza and Krzywa streets, Resolution No. Greater Poland Voivodeship, item 1547 of March 10, 2014). According to the drawing constituting an integral part of the above-mentioned of the local development plan, the plot in question is located within the lines separating areas marked: service development and U/P production facilities, warehouses and warehouses; other communication service areas: areas of KDW pedestrian and road roads...
