- 1. The subject of the order is: Development of design documentation for the construction of a bicycle road along the provincial road No. 523 on the Gardeja-Czarne Dolne section, in accordance with applicable regulations, i.e. creation of complete design documentation together with obtaining the necessary conditions, arrangements, opinions and final decisions, permits for the implementation of a road investment or construction permit or notification of works, transfer of copyrights and performing author's supervision for the investment task on the basis on which the Ordering Party will be able to conduct the tender procedure and select the Contractor. The subject of the order includes the design of a bicycle path with a length of approx. 6.62 km, in accordance with the following scope: 1) Development of complete multi-disciplinary documentation design, made in accordance with applicable law, necessary to perform construction works and including in particular: a) obtaining conditions and approvals for design, b) inventory and analysis of the condition of the existing area covered by the investment, c) preparation of up-to-date maps for design purposes, d) water-legal reports and permits or water-legal notifications, if required, that...
