- The subject of the order are pre-design studies, design documentation and accompanying services for the implementation of the investment entitled: Construction of a community center in the Nowe Miasto housing estate for the design of a community center building with Announcement No. of Public Procurement Bulletin Procurement notice - Order is granted in the basic mode on the basis of: Art. 275 point 2 of the Act - Underground shelter services (for min. 600 people) and land development design, including: in terms of the access road to the building on plot no. 1675/7 in the area 208 Nowe Miasto in Rzeszow with an appropriate width to ensure access real estate to a public road with entry/exit to the plot. The design of the shelter should have a utilitarian function, serving as a garage with parking spaces for the functioning facility. The developed documentation should meet the legal requirements for obtaining a building permit with finality clauses decision on the building use permit.
