The subject of the basic order is the preparation for the Ordering Party of complete, multi-discipline design documentation regarding the construction of a sanitary sewage system in the town of Tulce, Kleszczewo Commune, together with sewage pumping stations and the construction of a water supply network and pavement on ul. Pocztowa in Tulce, to the extent necessary to obtain all administrative decisions required by law and enabling the Ordering Party to conduct public procurement proceedings for the implementation of construction works. a) The documentation will be prepared in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular with the Acts of July 7, 1994 Construction Law and implementing regulations, in the arrangement specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Development of September 11, 2020 on the detailed scope and form of the construction project, and will include in particular: obtaining and updating maps for design purposes on a scale appropriate for the investment, with infrastructure marked and verified in the field, b) carrying out geotechnical research and developing a geotechnical opinion and, if necessary, geological engineering documentation, in accordance with the geotechnical category obi...
