Description:
The subject of the order is the development of the Project in accordance with the applicable Construction Law, Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021. functional and utility program (design documentation including land development design, architectural, construction and technical design) for the construction of:
Nowowiejska and Średzka together with obtaining a final building permit decision for the task in question (AQUANET S.A. allows obtaining a building permit decision in electronic form. Whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form remains to be decided Contractor's decision)
from the date of concluding the contract with the Contractor of construction works to signing the final acceptance report of these works.
Subject Orders and all information regarding design solutions are included in the attached technical conditions issued by "AQUANET" S.A. forming the basis of design.
