- 1. The subject of the order is the development of design documentation for the reconstruction of the bridge. Jana Himilsbacha in Misko Mazowiecki, along ul. Jzef Mirecki.2. The scope of the subject of the order includes in particular: 2.1 As part of stage I, the Contractor undertakes to develop a concept, general drawings showing the adopted design solutions together with a description and submit them to the Ordering Party for approval. The concept must include: a) a general part of the descriptions, b) a part of the drawings. 2.2 As part of stage II, the Contractor undertakes to: 1) develop a land development project (PZT) and a multi-discipline construction design in accordance with the content of the Regulation Minister of Development of September 11, 2020 regarding the detailed scope and form of the construction project (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1609);2) obtain and provide the Ordering Party with the originals of all necessary opinions, arrangements, permits necessary to implement the investment, including, among others: a) maps for design purposes, b) cadastral studies, c) a map containing real estate division designs, d) determining geotechnical foundation conditions and carrying out the necessary studies in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of dn...
