Description:
1. The subject of the order is the development of design documentation entitled: "Construction of roads in the Parkowe estate in Stalowa Wola - PT". The scope of the order includes the design of a municipal road with a length not exceeding 1 km. The road section must extend to the area of the culvert under the street Sandomierska and connect with the technical road at the planned roundabout along the national road DK No. 77. 2. As part of the implementation of the task entitled "Construction of roads in the Parkowe estate in Stalowa Wola - PT" includes, among others: 1) Design the road commune with a length not exceeding 1 km, the route of which is marked indicatively on the overview map with a red line - Annex No. 1.1. The road section must reach the area of the culvert under the municipal road ul. Sandomierska and connect with the technical road at planned roundabout along the national road DK No. 77. 2) In the southern part of the study, design a parking lot for passenger cars that will also serve as a turning area for cars. 3) Design the drainage network. 4) Design road lighting. 5) Prepare design documentation to remove conflicts with utility networks, including: project for the reconstruction of power lines running through the area marked as 1.2KDL in the Local Development Plan Charzewice II housing estate in Stalowa Wola. 6) Provide a place for the rebuilt drainage ditch in the planned road area.
