The order includes: development of complete design documentation: construction design, detailed design, permanent and temporary traffic organization design, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, bill of quantities, cost estimate offering and investor; obtaining all required decisions, opinions, arrangements, technical conditions and checks; carrying out an analysis of the need to build a technological duct (obtaining the Investor's declaration/submitting an application for exemption from the obligation construction of a canal or design of a technological duct), based on the arrangements obtained and based on arrangements with the Ordering Party, determining the final scope of the project, preparing and submitting an application for an administrative decision authorizing the commencement and conducting construction works (ZRiD); updating the investor's cost estimate; developing answers to questions and resulting changes during the public procurement procedure for construction works
