Description:
1. The subject of the awarded order is the development of design documentation for a heat network divider whose course collides with the location of the future construction of a newly designed shed as part of the implementation of the task titled Modernization of the District Office headquarters at al. ,,Solidarnoci 90. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, type and scope of work covered by the order and requirements regarding the execution and acceptance of the subject of the order determine the draft provisions of the contract - hereinafter also referred to as the contract template with annexes, constituting Annex No. 6 to SWZ.3. Information about the division/no division of the order into parts. The Ordering Party divided the order related to architectural and engineering services in the field of design into parts, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure. This proceeding concerns one of the above-mentioned part of the order.4. Pursuant to the content of section 3 7 of the contract template, Contractor is obliged to have a civil liability insurance policy for the conducted activities with an insured amount not lower than PLN 30,000.00 (say: thirty thousand zlotys 00/100), throughout the duration of the contract.5.
