- The subject of the order is the preparation of complete multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation necessary to carry out a construction investment consisting of:
1) construction of the B1 office building of the ZUS Branch in Sosnowiec at ul. PartyzaΕskiego 1, The construction of the B1 building should be treated as an expansionconstruction of building C
2) modernization of building A at ul. 1 Maja 25 in Sosnowiec;
3) modernization of building C at ul. Partyzatow 1 in Sosnowiec;
4) demolition of the existing office building B in Sosnowiec at ul. Partyzatow 1;
5) demolition of the existing transformer station and construction of new ones;
6) construction of a ground parking lot andfrom underground tanks: fire protection and retention tanks for rainwater;
7) development of the area for the plot No. 3803 and 3804 along with the construction of new network connections: water and sewage, energy, fiber optics, heat and other necessary accompanying works,
4. In order to implement the Subject of the orderThe contractor will be obliged to prepare:
1) conceptual analysis;
2) program and spatial concept;
3) comprehensive construction documentation;
4) detailed designs along with cost estimate documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works;
Additionally, as part of the implementation of the Projectsubject of the order, the Contractor will be obliged to exercise author's supervision during construction works carried out on the basis of the prepared documentation.
