Description of the subject of the order: 1) The subject of the order is the development of comprehensive, multi-discipline design documentation regarding the expansion, reconstruction and modernization of the administrative and office building of the Wilcza Commune Office with adaptation to the needs of disabled people. 2) The documentation must include: a) adapting the facility to the needs of people with disabilities; b) meeting current fire protection requirements; c) implementing solutions increasing the energy efficiency of the building.2. and preparation of documents required to obtain a building permit.3. design and cost estimate for the reconstruction, expansion and modernization of the building of the Wilcza Commune Office, including the preparation of: 1) construction inventory along with inventory installation; 2) construction design, i.e.: a) land development design, b) architectural and construction design, c) technical design taking into account all aspects: construction, sanitary installations, electrical installations, including analysis and expansion installation...
