Description:
The subject of the order is the development of a conceptual design together with design documentation (executive documentation) and the transfer of copyrights for the purpose of modernization works of the Support Center for Seniors OPS Wola at ul. Zawiszy 5, which includes a project that will include the following overall building elements: 1). Zawiszy 5 part, office premises with an area of 127.44 m2 belong to the resources of the Capital City of Warsaw - transfer of the premises for use by OPS Wola, resolution 7913/2022 of the Wola District Board of January 11, 2022, to perform its own tasks, agreement with ZGN Wola of April 20, 2022 No. 5/2022, hereinafter referred to as office check;2). Zawiszy 5, common room, 1 premises with an area of 64.85 m2 - belongs to the resources of the Capital City of Warsaw - transfer of the premises for use by OPS Wola, resolution 5639/2021 of the Wola District Board of February 9, 2021, to perform its own tasks, agreement with ZGN Will of March 10, 2021, number 2/2021, hereinafter referred to as wietlica 1;3).
