Description:
The subject of the order is the development of the Project in accordance with the applicable Construction Law, Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021. regarding the detailed scope and form of design documentation and technical specifications execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program (design documentation including land development design, architectural, construction and technical design) and carrying out author's supervision in the implementation phase of the works performed based on the documentation constituting the subject of the order from the date of concluding the contract with the Contractor of construction works until signing the final acceptance protocol of these works for: 1. replacement of the water supply network with asbestos and cement pipes in the streets: Bohuszewiczówny, Cyms, Drawska, Gostyńska, Kępińska, Kiedacz, Kobylińska, Kołłątaja, Kwiatkowski, Lumumba, Niedbalski, Nizinn, Nowakowski, Ossowski, Pietrusiński, Przybylski, Rawicko, Rejewski, Różycki Jerzy, Sucharski, Śmiełowska, Ułaszyn, Wielichowska, Worcella, Zygalskiego along with water supply connections (in poor technical condition) as part of the investment task 3-05-19-094-0 Poznań - water supply network on the axis. Świerczewo (STAGE I) along with obtaining a final building permit decision/ notification of construction works together with obtaining a certificate of no grounds for objection by the architectural and construction administration body accepting the notification of construction or other works...
