Preparation of design documentation for the purpose of carrying out the procedure entitled: "Change of use of the employee canteen space into office space of the office building at ul. Spokojna 13A, along with carrying out the official process regarding the change of use and obtaining consent to use
"Changes in the use of rooms, employee canteen space, office space in the office building at ul. Spokojna 13A, along with carrying out the official process regarding the change of use and obtaining consent for use." 2. The implementation of the task will be divided into stages, described below: 2.1. Stage I, which includes the preparation of two versions of the architectural concept containing functional projections of the rooms to be acceptance of the ordering party in order to select one, according to which will create multi-industry documentation described in Stage II;2.2. Stage II, which includes the implementation of a multi-disciplinary architectural and construction design constituting the basis for the Contractor to obtain a final decision/consent/permit on behalf of the Ordering Party. on granting permission to change the use of the employee canteen area into office space; 2.3. Stage III, which includes obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party the final decision/consent/permit to grant permission to change the use of the employee canteen area office space.2.4. Stage IV, which includes the development of a complete multi-industry investor cost estimate, which will determine the costs of the entire investment consisting in adapting the employee canteen rooms to office space.
