Description:
1. The subject of the order is the development of complete design documentation for the reconstruction and expansion of ul. ytnia and ul. Lena in Sokoach together with technical infrastructure in accordance with the description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 8 to SWZ.2. Execution of the order means the preparation of a complete design documentation, including obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party all necessary opinions, arrangements, administrative decisions, permits and inspections, as well as obtaining a construction permit/permit for the implementation of a road investment (ZRID).3. Design documentation must comply with applicable regulations law, in particular: Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of June 24, 2022 on technical and construction regulations regarding public roads (Journal of Laws, item 1518, as amended), Construction Law Act of July 7, 1994 (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended), Regulation of the Minister of Development of September 11, 2020 on the detailed scope and form of the construction project (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1679, as amended), Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on the detailed scope and form of documentation project...
