Description:
1. The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation for the reconstruction of buildings II and III at the Villa Victorius complex as part of the task entitled: Adaptation of Villa Victorius at ul. Armii Krajowej 21-25 in Grudzidz for the needs of the Secondary School of Fine Arts. Jzef Czapski in Grudzidz and the project land development on plots no. 4, 3/1, 3/6, 3/3, 3/4, 20/1, 20/3, 20/4.2. The subject of the order includes in particular: 1) development of a construction design together with BIOZ information; 2) development of an executive design; 3) development of a technical design; 4) preparation of a bill of quantities and cost estimate investor;5) developing technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works;6) obtaining, as part of the remuneration, all data, decisions, permits and arrangements required by separate regulations that will be necessary for the implementation of construction works, including obtaining the approval of the Municipal Conservator of Monuments and the decision on the building permit;7) exercising author's supervision in accordance with the principles set out in 6 of the Contract Template, constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ.3.
