Preparation of design documentation for the reconstruction of the cloakroom and the separation of space for students in the Collegium Novum UAM building (basic order) and author's supervision (option right)
The answers provided by the Ordering Party to the questions submitted by the Contractors should be: included in the offer valuation. OPTION RIGHT - The Ordering Party indicates that with respect to the implementation of the subject of the order covered by this order, it provides for the option right referred to in Art. 31 section 2 and 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. The option right covers the subject of this agreement in the scope of author's supervision, in the remaining scope, the subject of the contract is the basic order. The maximum scope of options in total is a maximum of 6 months of author's supervision by the Contractor on the dates indicated by the Ordering Party, falling within a period of 3 years from the date of completion of the implementation of the subject of the contract by the Contractor in the scope basic order. Setting the deadlines for supervision by the Ordering Party will depend on the deadlines for carrying out work based on the design documentation that is the subject of this contract in the scope of the basic order.
