Description:
1. The subject of the order is the preparation of full-scope, full-sector and complete design documentation for the task covered by this procedure. The scope of documentation includes the development of: a) a construction design prepared in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development of September 11, 2020, in on the detailed scope and form of the construction project (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1679); containing all opinions, arrangements and consents necessary to obtain notification of construction works that do not require obtaining a building permit or building permit decision, including: development design investment area developed on current situational and elevation maps at a scale of 1:500 with the boundaries of the plots on which the works will be carried out, along with obtaining all required industry agreements and permits; architectural and construction design, technical design including detailed technical and construction solutions. b) industry technical projects, including projects for the reconstruction of devices interfering with the implementation of the task, along with obtaining conditions for removing the conflict and agreeing on the adopted solutions with the owners of the devices, c) pr...
