Description:
1. The subject of the order is the development of design documentation for the reconstruction of the roof of Kindergarten No. 6 in Suwałki.
2. A multi-discipline construction design for roof reconstruction, including all industries, should be developed in accordance with the Construction Law and:
a) Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program (Journal of Laws, item 2454);
b)Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 regarding determining the methods and basis for preparing an investor's cost estimate, calculating the planned costs of design works and the planned costs of construction works specified in the functional and utility program (Journal of Laws, item 2458);
c) Regulation of the Minister of Development of September 11, 2020 regarding detailed scope and form of the construction project (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1679, as amended) and other provisions: construction law, detailed provisions, applicable technical conditions, state and industry standards, technical supervision provisions and engineering practice, principles technical knowledge, as well as other legal acts relating to the subject of the contract, in particular regarding fire regulations, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, etc. The technical documentation should include the necessary arrangements in the field of fire protection: in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of ...
