Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the development of multi-disciplinary design documentation for the renovation of the nutrition block in Kindergarten No. 269 at ul. Smocza 22 in Warsaw, regarding in particular: a) replacement of sanitary installations, b) replacement of two freight elevatorskitchen equipment, including renovation of elevator shafts, c) kitchen equipment, including: (hoods, gas stools, sinks), d) post-installation works, along with arrangements and opinions required by separate regulations necessary for the comprehensive implementation of the task., 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, scope of work anduntil the requirements regarding the execution and acceptance of the subject of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the contract, hereinafter also referred to as the contract template - constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ., 3. Information on the division/lack of division of the order into parts., The Ordering Party will divide the order regarding architectural and inclengineering in the field of design of parts, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure.
