The order was not divided into parts - justification is included in the SWZ
As part of the design documentation, the Contractor is obliged to perform:
Construction and executive design (used, among others, at the stage of preparing tender documentation for construction works to describe the subject of the order), consisting, in accordance with applicable regulations, of:
a) Construction design taking into account the specificity of the order, especially natural and technical conditions,
b) An executive design supplementing and detailing the construction design (to the extent and degree of accuracy necessary for the performance of construction works) constituting the basis for preparing a bill of quantities for construction works, containing detailed drawings and profiles along with a detailed description of construction and technological solutions,
Geotechnical research together with an opinion, used to assess geological and morphological conditions terrain and being the basis for determining the geotechnical conditions for the foundation of buildings,
Hydrological documentation constituting the basis for the dimensioning of hydrotechnical structures,
Bill of quantities of works with calculation and summary of the number of bill of quantities units of basic works for each of objects
Investor's cost estimate based on the prepared bill of quantities with prices resulting from the output data protocol for cost estimation prepared at the stage of implementation of the project documentation,
