- 1) The subject of the order are services in the field of preparation of design and cost estimate documentation along with author's supervision over the implementation of construction works performed on the basis of the design documentation that is the subject of this order.
Subject of the order (each of its parts) includes the implementation of two tasks:
a.Task I - preparation of design and cost estimate documentation;
b.Task II - providing author's supervision over the implementation of construction works performed on the basis of the design documentation that is the subject of this order and participating in the preparation and conducting public procurement proceedings for the selection of a contractor for construction works covered by the ordered documentation.
2) The subject of the order was divided into two parts
a.Part I - Preparation of design documentation for the task: Construction of 3 devices for damming water on the Samborka River.
b.Part II Preparation of design documentation for the task: Reconstruction of the bridge on the PΕytnica River.
3) The description of the subject of the order along with its location is presented in Annex No. 2.1 to the SWZ for Part I and Annex 2.2 to the SWZ and 2.3 to the SWZ for Part II.
4) The contractor may submit an offer for one or more parts orders. However, the offer submitted for a given part must cover the entire scope of work provided for in the SWZ for this part.
