Description:
Preparation of design documentation for the task titled: Road improvement on DK94 in the town of Prochowice and providing author's supervision during the implementation of the work. The subject of the public procurement includes the preparation of: a) design documentation in the form of, among others: Project Construction (PZT, PAB, PT), b) Detailed Design, Tender Documentation and materials for the application, obtaining a decision on permission to implement a road investment (ZRID), c) providing answers at the stage of the tender procedure for the implementation of works d) construction for the task, e) performing author's supervision activities at the stage of implementation of construction works based on the prepared design documentation. The Ordering Party reserves the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks, i.e.: activities performed by A road industry designer, whose obligations include the obligations arising from the Construction Law and the provisions of the design specification.
