- 1. The subject of the order is the development of design documentation for the necessary renovation works on the chimney of the historic Distillery in Kochcice, together with obtaining the necessary permits and the performance of the most urgent security works.2. Brick chimney made of ceramic bricks with cement mortar limestone or cement. The height of the chimney is approx. 30 m, up to a height of approx. 5 m the horizontal section of the chimney is in the shape of a square, above this height it is in the shape of a circle. the diameter of the lower part is approx. 2.5 m, and in the shaft part approx. 1.4 m. The chimney is secured with steel rings. According to the technical condition reports chimney, there are numerous damages, scratches, gaps and cracks in the chimney structure. In the lower part of the chimney, the bricks are rotten, and the upper rim of the chimney is cracked and delaminated. The bricks on all elements of the chimney are rotten, the upper rim of the chimney is cracked and delaminated. On all chimney elements corrosion occurs. This state of preservation poses a threat to the use of this facility, therefore it is necessary to urgently undertake rescue works. The chimney expertise is attached as Appendix No. 7 to SWZ.
