Preparation of design documentation for the task: Expansion of district road No. 4011W, including the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path and the construction of a pedestrian bridge [...] Preparation of design documentation for the task: Expansion of district road No. 4011W, including the construction of the road pedestrian and bicycle bridges and the construction of a footbridge for pedestrians and bicycles next to the bridge structure along the Orosko Ruda Wielka district road from km 0 + 913.00 to km 1 + 480.50. The detailed scope of the order is specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order. Documentation design should be developed in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the program functional and utilitarian (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2454). The contractor should read the documents attached to this ToR at the stage of preparing the offer and pricing the service constituting the subject of the order. In case of doubt, the Contractor should before submitting the offer ask the Ordering Party for clarification. Lack of reservations from the Contractor will be treated as acceptance...
