Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation for the task titled: Construction of air conditioning and renovation of a village community center in Szczerbicin. Location: Szczerbicin 4, plot 58, Szczerbicin geodetic area, Tczew Commune. The investment area is currently developedny by the existence of village halls. The total area of the building is approximately 142 m2. It uses electric heating. There is currently no air conditioning in the building. There is no local spatial development plan for Dziaki. The project involves the installation of air conditioning and renovation of the village community hallej in Szczerbicin. 2. The ordered complete multi-discipline design documentation includes the following studies, which are the subject of the order: - multi-discipline design to the extent necessary for the Ordering Party to describe the subject of the construction works contract and announce the participation procedureplacing a public contract for their implementation (including plans, drawings or other documents enabling a clear determination of the type and scope of basic works as well as the conditions and exact location of their implementation), - inventory of the existing condition to the extent necessary, if it is necessary for...
