Description:
1. The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation for task no. 07000 titled "Development of design documentation for the task entitled: "Construction of a tram track at al. Architektow in Wrocław" along with obtaining the final decision permitting the implementation of a road investment (ZRiD), final replacement decision to the ZRiD for the construction of al. Architects with the rigor of immediate feasibility and - if necessary - a final decision on the building permit for the section from ul. Kosmonautow to ul. T. Brzozy including:
- development of a construction design and other documents necessary to obtain appropriate administrative consents/decisions, including decisions authorizing construction and obtaining all necessary documents, opinions and arrangements in order to obtain administrative decisions,
- development of executive designs,
- development of technical specifications and acceptance of construction works and preparation of the offer cost estimate (bill of quantities) and the investor's cost estimate,
- obtaining the necessary arrangements and preparing and submitting a complete application to the competent authority in order to - - obtain final decisions permitting construction described in the OPZ.
