Description:
1. The subject of the order is the development of a comprehensive multi-discipline construction and technical-executive design together with a bill of quantities, an investor's cost estimate, a technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and obtaining a permit for construction of a substation of the Podkarpacka Emergency Ambulance Station in Mielec and providing author's supervision for the task: Construction of a service building for the Podkarpacka Emergency Emergency Station in a public utility development along with technical infrastructure and construction parking spaces and exit from the public road in Tarnobrzeg at ul. H. Sienkiewicza 151, reg. no. 1491, district 0012 Tarnobrzeg.2. The subject of the order includes: 2.1. preparation of a land development project;2.2. project execution architectural and construction; 2.3. implementation of technical and executive designs for all industries;2.4. preparation of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works; 2.5. preparation of bills of quantities; 2.6. preparation of investor cost estimates; 2.7. obtaining building permits;2.8. providing author's supervision.3.
