- The subject of the order is the preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation for the task titled: "Construction of a relief canal in Sudol DominikaΕski (colloquial: Rozrywka)" taking into account all accompanying facilities dependent on the adopted solution, necessary for the proper functioning of the canal and resolving the gaps with the above-ground and underground infrastructure that conflict with the adopted solution, along with obtaining all necessary permits and administrative decisions, including the decision to authorize the implementation of investments in the field of flood protection structures.
Order fulfillment includes:
a) Pre-design works
b)Design work
c)Services accompanying design work
d) Appraisal reports for the valuation of land, plant and construction components
2. The Contractor will be obliged to provide substantive support services to the Ordering Party for the duration guarantees and warranties at a later stage of implementation of the investment project for which he developed design documentation. The detailed scope of work carried out as part of project support is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, i.e. Draft Provisions of the Agreement.
