• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order includes the provision of a service consisting in the preparation of design documentation for the task titled: Construction of an underground parking lot serving as a hiding place along with the necessary technical infrastructure, divided into stages: 1) stage I covers the scope related to with the construction of an underground parking lot with a hidden function along with the necessary technical infrastructure, communication regarding the operation of the facility and the construction of the surface directly above the facility, 2) stage II - the remaining scope related to the reconstruction of the surface of the New Market Square in Kalisz, including: a) reconstruction of the remaining surface of the square, roads and sidewalks, b) reconstruction of street lighting, c) development of parking spaces along the street, d) introduction of greenery and small architecture elements, e) construction of a retention reservoir with installation irrigation, f) reconstruction of the fountain along with technology.
