- The subject of the order is the provision of the following services: Preparation of design documentation for the task: Demolition of the existing bridge and construction of a new facility along the district road No. 1325N Janiki Wlk. liwa Gubawki in mc. liwa at km 6+790 of district road No. 1325N Janiki Wlk. liwa - Gubawki with reconstruction district road No. 1325N with a total length of 950 meters. The scope of work will include: preparation of complete construction and technical design documentation on a map for design purposes, along with arrangements, opinions necessary to obtain a building permit, technical specifications for execution and acceptance construction works as well as bills of quantities and investor's cost estimate (all taken into account), permanent traffic organization project with its approval, preparation of an application for tree cutting and planting, if necessary. Project documentation should be prepared in accordance with applicable law, written or oral arrangements with the Ordering Party, conditions specified in the contract and SWZ, conditions specified in decisions and resolutions, opinions, arrangements and conditions of external network operators obtained in the course of performance order.Item...
