Description:
1. The subject of the order is the development of design documentation for the task titled: Extension of the district road 1266K in Igoomi, including the implementation of lighting, drainage and sidewalks - (design): together with obtaining appropriate arrangements and administrative decisions enabling the implementation of construction works, including the ZRID decision. The aim of the task is to develop design documentation on the basis of which the Ordering Party will be able to conduct a tender procedure and then perform construction works related to the reconstruction and/or expansion of district road No. 1266K along with the construction of a sidewalk. The task is located on the premises Maopolskie Voivodeship, Krakow County, IgoomiaWawrzeczyce Commune. The design documentation will be used to determine the scope of works and to describe the subject of the contract for the performance of construction works based on the relevant arrangements and administrative decisions obtained enabling the implementation of construction works, including the ZRID decision (Act of April 10, 2003 on specific rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 311).
