- 1. The subject of the order is the development of design documentation for tasks related to the expansion of the water supply network carried out in the Grno Commune (4 parts), divided into: 1.1. PART I Preparation of design documentation for the modernization of the water supply system in the town Bczkw ul. Zaskala,1.1.1. Assumed design scope: it is necessary to design the modernization of a section of the water supply network with a length of approx. 1,200 meters and obtain the necessary technical conditions, opinions, arrangements, inspections, decisions, studies and approvals enabling comprehensive implementation of the investment along with obtaining a decision on a building permit or a construction notification regarding which the authority has not submitted any comments (Appendix No. 8, overview map 1).1.1.2. The scope of the order includes: a) obtaining the right of disposal on behalf of the Ordering Party real estate for construction purposes, obtaining all consents, arrangements and permission to enter the property owners' premises, b) obtaining technical conditions for connection to the water supply network, c) obtaining a decision on environmental conditions together with the development documents for its issuance, including an environmental impact report - if required, d) carrying out the operation...
