- Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation for the thermal modernization of the building of Primary School No. 3 in Nowy Tomyl, together with the preparation of cost estimate documentation and energy audits. 2. The study should take into account: insulation of walls, including:construction of external and internal window sills, insulation of the flat roof, including: replacement of sheet metal flashings, renovation of sewers. rainwater, drainage, replacement of the lightning protection system, renovation of the roof covering, renovation of chimneys, insulation and insulation of basement and foundation walls, construction of new ties, reconstructionplowing of damaged surfaces, renovation of sidewalks that are not suitable for reconstruction, replacement of windows and doors, removal of unnecessary windows (indicated after the expert opinion), renovation of entrances to the building, balconies (indicated after the expert opinion), dismantling, adaptation of devices existing on the roof and facadeach (cameras, lighting fixtures, air conditioners, lightning protection system, alarms, ladders, etc.), replacing lighting fixtures with energy-saving ones, replacing central heating installations throughout the facility, including possible changes in the form of heating (indicated after the expert opinion), presentation of the concept, among others. 2...
