1. The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation and author's supervision as part of the task entitled: Construction of a municipal street. Szosowa in Strzyowice - Improving the communication route in the commune.2. The contractor is obliged to obtain all decisions necessary to implement the investment, opinions, arrangements, etc. along with obtaining a decision authorizing the implementation of a road investment (ZRID) Act of April 10, 2003 on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads - SPEC of the Road Act.3. At the offer stage, divisions of 10 plots were accepted. In case division of a larger number of plots or a smaller number of plots, the contractual amount will be increased or reduced by the value resulting from the product of the difference in the number of plots accepted in the offer and the actual execution and the unit price for the project of division of one real estate given in the offer form.4.
