The subject of the order are services consisting in preparing design documentation and obtaining it administrative decisions necessary to perform construction works as part of the Comprehensive Project for the Adaptation of Forests and Forestry to Climate Change - Small Retention and Counteracting Water Erosion in Lowland Areas - Continuation (MRN3) in the Leżajsk Forest District - second procedure repeated. The subject of the order is the development of design and cost estimate documentation along with obtaining final decisions for the construction of the Habitowski, Letni Dolny and Klin water reservoirs in the Korniaktow Forest. The subject of the order is: a) Obtaining a set of designs required by law: designs, opinions, decisions and arrangements necessary to obtain a final and valid decision on the building permit in accordance with the Construction Law Act of July 7, 1994 (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418) (acting on behalf of the Ordering Party on the basis of the granted power of attorney) for each part of the order separately. In order to obtain a building permit, the Contractor is obliged to prepare design and technical documentation with annexes. b) The contractor is obliged to actively participate in the public procurement procedure for construction works by answering the questions asked. within 2 days of the Ordering Party submitting the questions for development. c) Contractor
