• 1. The subject of the order is the development of technical documentation, i.e. construction design, detailed design, technical specifications, bills of quantities and cost estimates for the works, along with obtaining appropriate administrative decisions enabling the implementation of the works. construction works for the construction of a tunnel in the embankment under railway line 143 for the needs of pedestrian and bicycle access to the promenade along the left bank of the City Canal. Technical documentation should be developed based on the concept provided by the Ordering Party. Planned the investment is carried out as part of the Wrocław Walking and Cycling Program. This order concerns a tunnel passage through the railway embankment with accesses on both sides of the embankment, connecting the surface to the existing pedestrian and bicycle routes running along the southern bank of the City Canal, from the Warsaw Bridges on the eastern side and from the Trzebnica Bridges on the western side of the investment. The documentation should also cover the required technical infrastructure necessary for the operation of the facility, i.e. drainage and lighting.
