Description:
1. The subject of the order is the performance of the task titled: Preparation of design documentation for a warehouse building for OLiOC in the former Laundry at ul. Dr. J. Babiskiego 29/18 - stage I. The (material) effect of this order subject to acceptance will be the development of design documentation for the building warehouse in the former Laundry at ul. Dr. J. Babiskiego 29/18 - stage I, which is understood as: development of an architectural concept, expertise and inventory necessary at this stage, along with obtaining recommendations/opinions of the Municipal Conservator of Monuments (MKZ). The general assumption of the Ordering Party The most urgent thing is to develop a concept for the renovation of the Laundry building, develop the necessary inventories of 3D laser scanning methods (according to the requirements described below) and an expert opinion specifying the possibility of rebuilding the building and adapting it to the needs and new storage function, and obtaining recommendations/opinions conservator of monuments for the planned renovation.2.
