Description:
The subject of the fall is to draw the division of the real estate of the treasury of the state, served within the record of Konopnica, the Konopnica registration unit, constituting Dziak No. 159/1 with the area of 0.22 ha, in accordance with the regulations in this respect, in the puppies of the Act of 17 May 1989. Geodetic and cartographic law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1151, with amendments). 2. The division in question is aimed at separating in accordance with the graphic attachment: a) Dziaki not constituting the road lane of poviat road No. 2228l with the course from Dr. 830-Jzefin Motycz to dr. 747, directly sowing with Dziakami No. 1/2, 2/1, 172, 173/2 (marked with the letters Abef on the graphic start), b) Dziaki intended for the needs of poviat road No. 2226L on the course of Lublin Lipniak Pietrzakowizna (marked with BCDE letters on the graphic cluster). c) Other honor Dziaki No. 159/1, constituting the road lane Poviat Road No. 2228L (marked with the letters ABCDEF) on the graphic start. 3.
