- The subject of the order is the development of comprehensive design documentation for the construction of three new roads KDD1, KDD2, KDD3, and the expansion of the municipal road ul. 1000-lecia and reconstruction of a section of the district road ul. Gornicza in Stąporkow, from the intersection with ul. J. Kochanowskiego to the intersection with the planned one along the KDD3 road, as part of the investment task entitled: "Preparation of documentation for the construction of roads with infrastructure in the area of ul. Jana Kochanowskiego in Stąporkow covered by the local development plan".
The documentation is to include both the road part and projects related to technical infrastructure, i.e. water supply and sewage systems sanitary, rainwater and road lighting.
The subject of the order includes obtaining a final decision authorizing the implementation of the ZRID road investment on the basis of the Act of April 10, 2003 on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads (text unit OJ from 2024 item 311) including annexes to the ZRID decision, property divisions, list of land owners, determination of boundaries and obtaining a final building permit decision for the sanitary and water supply industry on the basis of the Construction Law Act of July 7, 1994 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended. d.).
