Name of the order: Preparation of documentation together with an application to obtain a water-legal permit for specific use of water, including drainage of land and crops in the area of the Catchment Management Board in Gdańsk, divided into part 1: Ostrowo Pumping Station. The subject of the order is the development of a water-legal report. for specific use of water together with water management instructions (if required) in accordance with the requirements of the Water Law Act of July 20, 2017 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 960), preparation of an application for a water permit, including any amendments and supplements resulting from call the competent authorities, and make the necessary administrative arrangements and, finally, actively participate in obtaining the final decision in such a way that the Ordering Party is issued with a permit water law
