1 For areas located in the Jonkowo commune, which is mentioned in art. 4 para. 2 and chapter 5 of the Act of 27 March 2003 on planning i spatial development (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130 from the north d. Technology development of July 15, 2024 on the method of determining it requires new buildings and land development in the event of lack of local spatial development plan (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1116), including conducting analyzes of the function of building and land development features, as well as decisions of decisions changing decisions on building conditions. 2.
