- The subject of the order is the preparation of draft decisions on the conditions of development and land development as well as draft decisions on determining the location of a public purpose investment for the Commune of Chciny, in accordance with Art. 4 section 2 of the Act of March 27, 2003 on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws Laws of 2024, item 1130, as amended) and with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of July 15, 2024 on the method of determining requirements regarding new buildings and land development in the absence of a local spatial development plan (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1116) and Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of August 26, 2003 on signs and nomenclature used in the decision to determine the location of a public purpose investment and in the decision on development conditions (Journal of Laws of 2003, No. 164, item 1589), including: a) 496 draft decisions on development conditions in order to determining the method of land development and development conditions for investments that are not public purpose investments; b) 50 draft decisions on determining the location of public purpose investments; c) 15 draft decisions amending decisions on development conditions and decisions on agreed...
