Preparation of draft decisions on development and land development conditions and draft decisions on determining the location of public purpose investments in the Sdziszw Maopolski Commune in 2026.
1. The subject of the order is: 1) development of draft decisions on determining the location of a public purpose investment with graphic annexes and analysis of the conditions and principles of land development, and its development and the factual and legal condition of the area where the investment is planned to be implemented, 2) preparation of draft decisions on establishing development conditions together with an analysis of the conditions and principles of development of the area and its development as well as the factual and legal condition of the area where the investment is planned to be implemented implementation of the investment and the necessary analyzes and results of these analyses, along with a graphic annex to the draft decision, analysis and analysis results after the site visit, 3) cooperation with the Municipal Office in Sdziszow Maopolski during administrative proceedings in matters regarding the issuance of decisions for which the project covered by the order is being prepared, until they become final decisions within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of June 14, 1960, Code of Administrative Procedure (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 572).2.
